Sarah Schulz is an HR/Talent executive with over 20 years of experience in large and small organizations located across the country.  She is an action-oriented people systems and culture builder skilled in cultivating positive, equitable, and innovative work cultures for all employees to thrive, feel belonging, and achieve the highest possible mission-centered results.   


Sarah has significant experience in leading people strategy and organizational development for large scaling national organizations as well as small, impactful local organizations.  She is a successful leader, advisor/consultant, and subject matter expert in organizational development and human resources, including: workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent retention and development, performance management, organizational culture building, DEI, change management, employee relations, policy development and implementation, and operating model transformation.
